Shipping and returns
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Delivery is made to the entrance to the residential building of the desired address. For shipments of larger dimensions, delivery is possible up to the first physical obstacle that prevents the approach of the delivery vehicle to the residential building. If it is a residential building, the delivery person is not obliged to carry the goods to the floor where the customer is located, but to the entrance of the building.
Delivery is made through transport companies that provide transport services. Delivery is free for all orders whose value after calculated discounts is greater than HRK 1,000 (€132.72). For ordered goods in the amount of less than HRK 1,000 (€132.72), delivery is charged at a flat rate of HRK 35.00 (€4.65). The delivery service usually delivers within 24 hours of picking up the shipment in the warehouse.
Exceptions are islands and places that do not support daily delivery or fall under settlements limited by the weight of the shipment, and where delivery is possible according to the delivery schedule. All items are carefully prepared in our studio. Products are made to order - the moment you order it, it is manufactured and shipped to your door. During special sales periods, the preparation time may be longer.
For orders within the EU and outside the EU, the shipping time is 12-15 working. Please note that the time frame is always approximate. During periods of very high demand, such as Christmas, orders may take longer to arrive.
At Pieceofshhh Studio, we are committed to sustainability and eco-friendly practices. To minimize waste and reduce our environmental footprint, each product is made-to-order. This means that your items are produced specifically for you after you place your order.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
In cases of product exchange or return, after agreement with you, we send a delivery service to your address that collects the advertised product and returns it to our warehouse. When the product arrives at the warehouse, we send you a refund/replacement notification. Refunds/exchanges for new products are made within 2-3 days, and within 14 days at the latest.
